About Arias Masonry
We started Arias Masonry in 2012 because we got tired of watching contractors rush through jobs like they were already thinking about the next site. We were in Litchfield, Connecticut, doing smaller projects—patios, walkways—and kept running into the same problem. Homeowners wanted craftsmanship. They wanted someone to care about the details the way they did. We decided to build that differently.
Those early years taught us fast. We learned that stone veneer isn't just about making a wall look right—it's about water, structure, and how light hits the face of it over years. We did stucco work where we had to rethink how to seal it properly. We took on property refurbishments where the real work wasn't visible but mattered most. Every project became our laboratory. We didn't just complete jobs; we built a practice where every detail had a reason.
'When you treat work like it's your own house, clients feel the difference. They see it in the finish and hear it in how we talk about what we built.'
— Arias Team, Connecticut
Discount rates with quality work seem like opposites until you stop wasting motion. We learned that planning a patio layout right the first time costs less than fixing poor drainage later. We charge fairly because we've eliminated the waste that drives prices up. Homeowners get better results for less because we respect both their budget and their space.
Treating every work project as our own means we show up differently. We notice things—how shade changes the color on a stone veneer, where water will pool on a walkway, which corners need reinforcement. It means we talk you through decisions instead of deciding for you. When clients see we care about the outcome as much as they do, the work becomes something we're building together, not something we're doing to their property.
Over a decade of masonry, landscaping, and property refurbishment, we've learned that dreams aren't about perfect finishes—they're about spaces that feel right and last. A patio should be where you actually want to be. Stone veneer should frame your home the way you imagined it. Walkways should feel safe and look like they belong. When we bring those dreams into light, it's because we've treated the work like it matters as much to us as it does to you.
Working with us looks like clear conversations from the start. We listen to what you envision, ask the questions that matter, and build a plan that works for your timeline and budget. We show up on time. We explain what we're doing and why. The small details—keeping the site clean, protecting your landscaping, being honest about what's possible—are how you'll know we're thinking like owners, not just contractors.
If you're ready to talk about your project—whether it's a new patio, stone work, a walkway, or a full property refresh—reach out. We're here in Litchfield and ready to show you what it feels like when your masonry work is treated the way it should be.
